The real estate division is the cash cow of the company. With the
population of Nigeria crossing 120 million and the increasing rate at
which Nigerians migrate from the rural to urban areas, this division will
remain very profitable for a very long time.
At the moment this division is concentrating its activities in the
Northern part of the country where the real estate sector is not as
developed as in the south. Most of its activities will be in Abuja where
in 2007, the Minister of the Federal Capital said about 1 million units of
houses will be required to modestly accommodate the inhabitant of the city
in the next 10 years. This is a huge market for real estate.
Basically the real estate division will be engaged in the following:
Buy Land Value
The real attraction of the real
estate market is LAND. Land is a commodity that will not grow on a tree as
they say, so it should keep on appreciating. Hence we optimized our value
by looking at the part of the city that have the most valuable and
affordable land. Depending on our initial objective, we prepare the land
for sale or build on it to rent or sale.
Build/Buy Residential
Houses
Everyone needs to live somewhere.
We invest in the mid-to-low property price range as there will almost
always be people wanting to rent. This is where the regular cash flow is.

This division also buys a
completed property and renovate or rebuild then resale or rent.
Buy or Build for Client
We can build/buy any landed
property for a client based on his/her specification.
Scout for rented property
for client
We can also search for any landed
property for our client for rent or lease in line with their
specifications.
